团队介绍：

团队致力于微生物菌群在过敏性皮肤疾病中的发病机制和治疗研究。作为项目负责人，主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目等6项课题。以第一/通讯作者在BMJ、Allergy、J Am Acad Dermatol、BJD等杂志发表SCI文章30余篇。课题组有多位临床和基础研究经验丰富的硕士、博士研究生和研究助理，密切合作，保障研究工作顺利实施。

项目情况：

本团队聚焦皮肤微生态与过敏性皮肤病的前沿交叉领域，整合基础机制研究与大规模临床队列资源，形成"从机制发现到临床转化"的研究链。

基础研究方面，团队围绕皮肤菌群紊乱驱动特应性皮炎发病的分子机制，构建体内外功能验证模型，系统解析皮肤表面真菌等微生物在过敏性炎症反应中的调控作用及信号通路，为靶向微生态干预提供理论依据。

临床研究和转化方面，团队依托全国多中心CORNERSTONE 2型炎症性皮肤病队列，开展特应性皮炎、慢性自发性荨麻疹等疾病的治疗预后预测标志物研究，致力于实现过敏性疾病的精准分层诊疗。
